Brahmi Lipi Font (ब्राह्मि लिपि) is used for writing the Newari language or Nepal Bhasa of Nepal. Brahmi Lipi script is one of six subsumed under the name Nepal-Lipi, literally ‘Nepal-Script’, though it is not to be confused with Devanagari, which is the script used for writing Nepali.

For Windows 10/ Windows 7 / Vista users:
- Right-click the Brahmi Lipi Font file(s) and choose "Install"
For users of the previous Windows versions:
Copy Brahmi Lipi Font & paste into a default Windows font folder (usually C:\WINDOWS\FONTS or C:\WINNT\FONTS)
For Mac OS X 10.3 or above (including the FontBook)
Double-click Brahmi Lipi Font file and hit "Install font" button at the bottom of the preview.
For Mac OS X
Either copy the Nagarik font file(s) to /Library/Fonts (for all users), or to /Users/Your_username/Library/Fonts (for you only).
For Mac OS 9 or earlier
You have to convert the Brahmi Lipi Font file(s) you have downloaded. Drag the font suitcases into the System folder. The system will propose you to add them to the Fonts folder.
For Linux Users
Copy the Brahmi Lipi Font file(s) to /USR/SHARE/FONTS
